Accepted Methods of Payment
We can now accept orders and payment by credit card over the phone these will be processed through PayPal's secure system. We accept Paypal, you can pay through Paypal using all major credit or debit cards , this is all proccessed on Paypal's secure website, you do not need a Paypal account. None of your credit or debit card information is passed to us. We will also accept cheques and postal orders by post, please allow time for cheques to clear. Only payment through Paypal for all customers outside the United Kingdom can be accepted.
Privacy Policy
We will never pass any of your personal details to any third party, all financial details passed to us are used to process your payment and then destroyed, all check out and payments are carried out on a secure server. For further details visit our privacy policy page
DeliveryTime
Most items are in stock and will normally be dispatched within 2 days of cleared payment being received.Delivery time will normally be within 4 working days. If there is any problem with delivery customers will be informed by email.
Delivery Methods
Smaller items will be sent via Royal Mail for United Kingdom and Airmail to all other destinations.Larger items will be sent via next day delivery by courier this is signed for delivery. Customers will be informed of the delivery date.
Delivery Costs
All items sent to mainland UK will be charged at £4.95 per order no matter how many items.Many of our items can be sent worldwide but the cost will differ per item, so if you wish to have items sent out of the UK please contact us for cost.
Damaged Parcels
Please do not sign for any damaged parcels on delivery. If the parcel is undamaged and the contents are damaged inform us and we will refund in full.
Returns Policy
Should you wish to return an item for any reason please email us at customerservice@davlinsinteriors.com (with "RETURN" in the subject field), All items may be returned for any reason within 7 days of receipt for a full refund which will be issued within 3 days of item being returned.(this in no way affects your legal rights.)
