Accepted Methods of Payment

We accept orders and payment by credit/debit card over the phone on 01524 850297 payments are processed via Paypal secure system.

We accept all major credit/debit cards.

For Davlins Interiors online payments we accept Paypal if you have a paypal account, or if not you can pay through Paypal using all major credit/debit cards you do not require a Paypal account.

All payments are processed via Paypal's secure website none of your credit or debit card information is passed to us.

We will also accept cheques and postal order payments.

Only payment through Paypal for all customers outside the United Kingdom can be accepted.

We will never pass any of your personal details to a third party all check out and payments are carried out on Paypal secure server.

Delivery

Most items are in stock and will normally be dispatched within 2 working days of cleared payment being received.

Delivery time for smaller items will normally be within 5-7 working days.

For selected larger items of furniture etc, allow up to twenty eight days for delivery.

Should there be any delay with delivery customers will be informed by email or telephone.

Delivery Methods

Smaller items will be sent via Royal Mail for United Kingdom and Airmail to all European destinations.

Larger items will be sent via courier this is signed for delivery.

Customers will be informed of a delivery date.

UK Mainland

Delivery to mainland UK will be free of charge no matter how many items you purchase this includes furniture your order will be delivered free!

Worldwide Shipping

All our items can be shipped worldwide please contact us for cost.

Northern & Southern Ireland our couriers offer very competative rates contact us for shipping cost.

Damaged Parcels

Please do not sign for any damaged parcels on delivery request courier returns it to us.

If a parcel arrives undamaged but the contents are damaged inform us within 7 days and we will arrange the return and refund in full.

Returns Policy

Should you wish to return an item for any reason please email us at sales@davlinsinteriors.com (with "RETURN" in the subject field)

All items may be returned for any reason within 7 days of receipt in new condition and original packaging for a full refund which will be issued within 3 days of item being returned (we will arrange collection of larger items) (this in no way affects your legal rights.)

We have made every effort to maintain that all items are described as accurately as possible the colours are displayed differently on different monitors if you feel that you have been misled in any way please contact us or see our returns policy.
