Q- I live locally to you and would like to collect my purchases is this possible?

A- Sorry no, but if you live locally we will deliver your order free of charge.

we will also deliver locally at no exra cost within a five mile radius for smaller items and a thirty mile radius for larger items of furniture.

 

 Q-  Are my details and credit card details safe on your payment systemrge.?

 A-  Absolutely safe, payment via the checkout page goes directly to PayPal secure payments (probably the safest available online) we never see your credit card details if you pay via our secure checkout.

Telephone order payments are also processed via paypals secure site, we do not under any circumstances pass on any of your personal details to any third party.

 

Q- Do you have a retail shop or showroom where I can view your products?

A-  Davlins Interiors are online retailers we only sell online to ensure we offer the best prices we are always available to answer any queries you may have and all items purchased can be returned within seven days for a full refund in new condition and original packaging.

 

Q-  How are your products delivered and how long do I wait for delivery.

A-  All smaller items are sent via Royal Mail either 2nd class or standard parcels depending on the weight normally you will receive these within five to seven working days larger items are delivered by courier service this is signed for delivery.

If there is any delay you will be kept informed via email or phone if an item is required urgently contact us before purchasing and we will give a delivery date.

 

Q- Do you hold in stock everything on your website?

A-  Although most items are in stock and ready for dispatch we do get orders regularily so there could be a short delay on some items if you contact us we will let you know if your chosen item is in stock and ready for dispatch.

 

Q- Do you give discounts for large or bulk orders?

A- Yes of course we do, we are prepared to arrange discounts for larger orders dependent on which items you require if you contact us we are always willing to help in any way we can for bulk orders or wholesale enquiries contact us and we will give you a competitive price and expected delivery date.

 

 Q- Can you deliver worldwide and if so what is the cost?

A-  All our items can be delivered worldwide contact us for a shipping cost.

There are wide variations in the size and weight of the products we sell so it is not possible to cover all worldwide destinations delivery costs on one charge.

Therefore we have to quote you a price for each individual item or order, we do not make any profit on delivery charges and will only charge the cost to us so contact us with you requirements and we will give you a delivery quote.

United Kingdom mainland delivery is free of charge.
